Home MTC  January 19-26th 

Farewell Party January 26th 

We threw together a last minute farewell party.  Originally we were going to have it Sunday night but there was a youth fireside so did a last minute switch to Monday and it all worked out great.  Tyler felt loved, so many people came to say goodbye and he felt loved and so excited for his mission.  I felt so overwhelmingly blessed that so many people showed up to support him.  




Airport OAK to SLC January 27th 

We woke up super early Tuesday morning to bring Tyler to the airport.  Danny, Heidi, Kira and Blake went to the airport to send him off and he was all smiles and super excited.  He flew to Salt Lake and hung out with Grammy and Grampy, went to the temple with them which they loved.  


SLC January 27th to January 28th 

The next day Tyler arranged with all his BYU friends to stop by at the WILK when they could. So many people came to say goodbye to him and then Glen, Janine, Emily and McKinley dropped him off at the BYU.

You pull up the underground parking garage and say your good-byes.  Usually they hurry you along but Tyler said he stayed a while saying good-bye.  He was so excited.

#BLESSED

FEB 28 2026  Hope everyone is doing FANTASTIC and i miss everyone!! This week has been so packed with so many miracles and a lot of scripture study/spansh study. Last week we switched to only Spanish, and our teachers think it's best if we only try speaking in Spanish for the remainder of our time here. Little annoying at times but it is super helpful. I really have to think now when someone asks a real question. Like why am I personally serving a mission   I also have the incredible opportunity to go to the Provo City Temple this afternoon! Pop out  I love this temple and it'll be good to get out of the MTC for a second. I also got the opportunity to run into some of the GOATS from BYU!!! Shoutout Carter, both Avas, Addy, McKinlay, Rachel and Kate! For real seeing everyone made my week and it was such a blessing how everything worked out.
