Provo MTC 1 MONTH "FLY LOVE"

What is up everyone! Okay for the title, I was just thinking of this song. Everyone go listen to it I miss it so much. It has been a great week at the MTC, and my spanish has definitely been improving. The days are getting repetitive and feel slow but weeks go by fast. I couldn't believe it but I have been a missionary for 1 month now!! LETS GO!!! Boy oh boy the adventures in here are so fun. We copped a mini fridge from some elders, and now we have cold drinks. BOOYAH! Its actually so clutch🙏 Sad news of the week... Unfortunately, I had to say some goodbyes to the goats. Shoutout Elder PaePae, Wright, Deer, Barney, Bingham, Call, and Amato. Yall were for real a huge light and gonna do amazing things out there. I also got DEATHLY ILL this past week😭😭 There is a plague going around the MTC, and it is bad. Hopefully the worse passed but I was dying Monday morning. But I am okay now. God is good! Spiritual Thought for the week: Last night, we had the amazing oppurtunity to hear from President Uchtdorf. This is an apostle called by God, and he gives us direct messages and words from the Lord. When he came into the room, the spirit filled the air and I could not stop smiling. He gave an incredible message about faith and hope, and discussed how we don't know our future but the Lord does, and we need to have faith in him. My FAVORITE part though, was when he talked about missionary work. This one is for all the current, past, or future missionaries. You have been called upon by God, to go out to this specific place at this specific time. In the premortal life, you have been preparing for this exact moment, and taken lessons to help you do your duty. (D&C 138:55-56). President Uchtdorf said, In the premortal life, we made the promise to God that we would come down yo Earth and do his work. He said, "We stood up and told God, 'Here am I, send me'". When he said this, a chill ran down my spine it was incredible. Similar to Christ, we have to lead by example, and show Christlike love to everyone. We spoke directly with God, and have been chosen and trusted to do this marvelous work. Love you all!!! UPDATE ME I WANNA HEAR ABOUT EVERYONES LIVES🫶🫶🫶 Élder McMillan

FEB 28 2026  Hope everyone is doing FANTASTIC and i miss everyone!! This week has been so packed with so many miracles and a lot of scripture study/spansh study. Last week we switched to only Spanish, and our teachers think it's best if we only try speaking in Spanish for the remainder of our time here. Little annoying at times but it is super helpful. I really have to think now when someone asks a real question. Like why am I personally serving a mission   I also have the incredible opportunity to go to the Provo City Temple this afternoon! Pop out  I love this temple and it'll be good to get out of the MTC for a second. I also got the opportunity to run into some of the GOATS from BYU!!! Shoutout Carter, both Avas, Addy, McKinlay, Rachel and Kate! For real seeing everyone made my week and it was such a blessing how everything worked out.
